A Trademark Registration Certificate is an official document showing that a business name, logo, or sign has been registered by the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office (TÜRKPATENT) and placed under legal protection. This document proves that the usage rights of the trademark belong exclusively to its owner, prevents unauthorized use by third parties, and provides legal protection for 10 years.

The TSE Certificate, also known as the Certificate of Conformity to Turkish Standards, is an official document certifying that products comply with the standards of the Turkish Standards Institution (TSE) in terms of quality, safety, and performance. Obtained following production site inspections and product testing, this certificate gives confidence to consumers and is used as a mandatory or preferred criterion in public tenders.

The Industrial Registry Certificate is an official document obtained by businesses engaged in production, manufacturing, or repair activities by registering with the Ministry of Industry and Technology within 2 months of starting operations, under Law No. 6948. It provides advantages such as access to industrial electricity tariffs, VAT exemption, and delivery of goods with export registration, and must be renewed through e-Government every 2 years.
